Helping Central Indiana youth build a love for riding and racing their bicycle.

Midwest Devo Is a Central
Indiana Junior Cycling Team.

We welcome riders of any experience between the ages of 8 and 18 and from the greater Indianapolis, IN area. We open the door as wide as possible to the world of bike riding and racing. From first-time racers to international rippers, we help people develop their skills, meet other kids who love riding bikes, and maybe start racing.

Most importantly, have fun on their bike.

Midwest Devo Named a USA Cycling Center of Excellence for 2024!

This program recognizes clubs and teams that develop Junior and U23 cyclists into the racers of tomorrow by implementing a safe environment, holistic coaching practices, and a positive team culture, both on and off the bike.

We’re thrilled to receive this designation, and the grant that comes with it will continue strengthening our program. This is a testament to the dedication of our coaches and families.

The environment at Midwest Devo is very encouraging. Everyone wants everyone to have their best race ever! We love the lack of pressure to perform or meet a race quota to be involved with the team. You’re on the team regardless of your involvement and are encouraged to find the right level of commitment for your family and kid(s).

Clary Family

Cycling is enough of a niche sport that it can be hard for kids to find others with similar interests. Midwest Devo provides a team community for those of us who are into cycling. It's also extra fun to be surrounded by a team when attending races and to experience other cycling styles.

Devo Junior Rider

Our family had no previous experience with biking beyond family rides. By our kids' third season on Devo, every family member was engaged and racing. Our kids now race in disciplines they would never have known to try had it not been for Devo.

Team culture is strong, fostering depth of character, good sportsmanship, and supportive coaching on top of bike handling skills, endurance, and technique. Signing our daughter up for a sports team has surprisingly meant finding an incredible passion that our family loves doing together on top of one of the best communities we've had the pleasure of knowing.

In anything you do, you get out what you put in. With Devo, you get so much more than you'd ever expect.

Moore Family

Cycling is one of the few sports where you can be fully present and active alongside your kids, and Midwest Devo creates an equitable, safe environment for that. Our boys are learning how to work hard, have fun, and improve at something they are interested in from various adult coaches who care more about them building a love for cycling rather than only a love for being great at cycling.
